Returns and Refunds


Returns 

Our 30-day return policy allows customers to request a return within 30 days of receiving their item.

For return eligibility, the item must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, contact us at sfrench@terrypitt.com. Upon acceptance of your return, a return shipping label and detailed instructions will be provided for sending your package. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receipt of your order, inspect it and promptly notify us if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue appropriately.


Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products) are non-returnable. Also, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us for item-related queries.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 

To guarantee receiving the desired item promptly, return the current one. Once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
